You can use the search terms &quot;Stress and management and exercise.&quot; Most of the articles you will find will be from the US. You may need to limit your search to a particular group such as heart attack survivors or  college students, or a particular time period such as the last 10 years. 
I use an article search database called EBSCO. I can create my own profile and keep track of the searches I have conducted. 
You can also use Google Scholar, but you will still need to use your college library to gain access to the articles. </description>
