When Buying A Pomeranian Pup How To Know What Size It Will Grow To Be?

hey im looking into buying a pomeranian puppy and ive been researching a bit about them, and ive noticed that some can be much larger than others like for example in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfx8C5bywIg&feature=related . How can you tell if they are going to be a big or small one?

    there’s no way to know exact size.
    but, if you buy from a reputable breeder who SHOWS her dogs and breeds to fit breed standard, you stand a better chance at getting one that fits the size the breed is supposed to be (less than 7 pds)
    If you buy from some back yard breeder or petshop, they just randomly breed whatever dogs they have available.. even if the parents are small, that doesnt mean the pups will be small, if there are larger dogs in the pedigree, the pup can get what is known as “throwback” genetics and end up larger than the parents.
    Look for someone who shows and earns CH titles, and has some knowledge on the pedigrees of her dogs.
