What Is A Good Stress Management Trick That Always Seems To Help You In Times Of High Stress?
I work out! I find when I am stressed I can focus all that built up energy and tension and have a great work out, release some explosive energy and in the end I feel like I accomplished something so I feel better about my ability to conquer things which also eases the stress.
If I cannot workout due to time or location restraints I tend to say a quick prayer for strength, count to ten and move on.
