Thesis statements can be easy to come up with if you have a general structure planned out for your paper, and you know what your points are going to be. I tend to like to use a three point structure when explaining how to do something. For example: One can manage personal stress by practicing [point 1], by doing [point 2], and by examining [point 3]. There you go! You now have a thesis statement, and a good structure for an essay or paper. All you have to do is think of what your points should be.
Hints: meditation, exercise, planning and following goals, relaxing, not procrastinating, finding ways to sleep better at night, etc. And, if you want, you can narrow your paper down and add creativity by focusing on what children do to relieve their stresses: daydreaming, napping, getting hugs from loved ones, playing with pets, singing, playing games, drawing, painting, and sculpting, writing notes, playing on team sports, and imagining the future. Keep in mind that you shouldn’t use all of these things in your paper, just a few of them to focus your paragraphs on (unless you’re writing a big, huge monster paper).
