Also take time out for yourself. That means no cell phone calls or business during certain hours of the day and / or night. Do not always fell pressured to give an answer or response to every problem. Sleep on things and tell people you’ll get back with them tomorrow.
Enjoy without guilt a few selfish pleasures. Life is short be willing to eat desert first. Tell people exactly what you want and completely appreciate the indulgence when you get it.
Find somebody with a similar outlook on life and spend time with them. Try and laugh or smile at least twenty minutes a day.
