    One thing that helped me is to take it one thing at a time. Often I get so bogged down by everything I have to do, I get overwhelmed and therefore can’t function. But if I allow myself to focus on one thing right now, finish that, then get started on the next thing, at least the majority of the priorities get done, even if some of the fluff doesn’t.
    Prioritize- get the things doen that are most pressing and most important first.
    Learn to say no. You physically can’t do everything, so don’t wear yourself out trying to make yourself.
    I love the saying “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” Allow yourself time to get things done. Make time for yourself everyday. Have a personal life outside of work. Just constantly work to make your life happy, and embrace it once you recognize it.
    Hope some of those helped. I know where you’re at. I stress all the time. But these help me keep it in check usually. Good luck! Don’t let it overwhelm you.
