    Taoism, meditaion in the morning then at night REGARDLESS whether I feel the need or not. Make it a habit……. life gets amazing with persistance………works for me!

    I have a hard time coping with stress. I know all the things to do but I still feel stressed. My husband’s cancer stressed me max this last year and a half. Visiting with friends and family does help but I find if people ask too much of me I have to back away. I also have daughter who is school age.

    Eat more bananas…they’re proven to help people with mood problems ie. depression. Music you love. Reading motivational books. Going for a run or just exercising. Power of positive thinking…..keep positive thoughts in you mind and allow yourself to speak positively. Prayer is the greatest of all. Talk to someone who you love and who loves n cares about you about what’s going on in your mind. How you feel about things etc. I hope this helps…works for me…

    Stress does play an important life role. What I do is I either go outside, count to 10 slowly, and come back in. Or…the alternative: hit inanimate objects outside really really hard.

    Take a stroll. Just take a long walk to an uncertain destination. Keep walking until your only thought in mind is about your walking.
