		<description>I don&#039;t know about time management but stress management seems to be a good idea. Adults think children are under little if any stress but if I remember correctly, children also get VERY stressed from issues adults often cannot or would not relate to.  Fitting in, parents expectations, exams, etc.
It seems to me the stress levels don&#039;t really change much -- just the issues that have to be dealt with.
The problem with either idea is convincing ADULTS that it&#039;s needed. To implement a program like that, it would probably need the support of a large number of adults. If THEY can&#039;t be convinced it&#039;s needed, the problem shifts to one of implementation.</description>
