How To Stay Alert And Awake After 4 Hours Of Sleep?
At the most, I am only going to be able to get four hours of sleep tonight because I’ve been studying for a test. The test is first period tomorrow, so what are some tips that will help me stay alert and awake? Also, when I am tired, I get this burning feeling in my eyes. Is there any way to get rid of that?
I have been only getting 3-5 hours of sleep per night for the past month. I just had a baby and she’s been keeping me up. I would then just stay up the rest of the day. My day starts at 8am. After feeding her, I would wash my face, probably shower. This wakes me up quickly. For burning eyes, I like to take a washcloth and run it through hot hot water. I would cover my eyes with it. The steam helps reduce the burning sensation and it seems to make me see clearer.
Breakfast also helps me maintain alertness. I will eat around the day just to keep up my strength until I get my 3-5 hours of sleep that night.
