How Can I Lose Up To 7lbs In One Week?
Im walking a treadmill for at least an hour every other day. Any suggestions how I can boost the weight loss. I havent exercised in years and I just started this past week.

do not lose 7lbs in one week. it is very unhealthy. your body isn’t used to working out, don’t over do it or your just going to hurt yourself. take you time and increase the time and speed gradually. also the First step to a healthier lifestyle is eating right. make healthier food choices, and remember its better to eat 5 small meals a day rather than 3 large meals, or cutting back on meals. if you starve your body it holds onto the fat it can get, so you wont lose weight that way, and if you eat 3 large meals your stomach muscle will stretch out more causing you to be hungry more often because it takes more food to fill it.
In the first week of a healthy eating plan to shed weight.. the initial amount of weight lost is mostly water. The amounts shed can vary from 1/2 pound to 8 pounds. Though no more than about 4 pounds is the average first week loss.
It is not healthy to shed so much weight in one go.
