Group Ideas For Stress Management?

I am doing my occupational therapy internship in a mental health facility. Does anyone have any ideas for stress management techniques?

    Do you mean “Ideas for Group Stress Management”? If so, meditation, yoga and breathing exercises all work well in a group setting. You may also try therapeutic music which works really well with mentally challenged folks.
    If you need stress relief because you are going to be an intern in a mental health facility, try meditation and any form of relaxation. Meditation would address the emotional, physical and spiritual stress you would be under in such an environment.
