Does Anyone Know How To Freeze A Lien From Child Support, I Have My Daughter But Still Owe Some Money?
I recently gained custody of my daughter, my ex- was found menatlly unstable, is there a way to get a freeze on my lein so that she does not get my tax return and also so that i can get it.

When the child ages out, the lien would go back into place, plus an attachment to your income, on you would end up owing 3-4 times the amount you owe now, so I wouldn’t advise it.
